ORDINANCE No 62

Blagoevgrad, 12^th May, 2020

Pursuant to Art. 32, para. 1, item 1 of the Higher Education Act and Ordinance No RD-01-124/ 13^th March, 2020 by the Minister of Health in order to limit the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19 referring to Ordinance No 56/ 10^th April, 2020, Ordinance No 51/ 27^th March, 2020 and Ordinance No 41/ 15^th March, 2020,

I ORDER:

1. I amend Ordinance No 41 / 15^th March, 2020, amended and ext. with Ordinance No 51 / 27^th March, 2020, amended and ext. with Ordinance No 56 / 10^th April, 2020, extending the validity period until 25.05.2020.
2. I repeal item 9 of Ordinance No 41/ 15^th March, 2020.
3. I supplement Ordinance No 41 / 15^th March, 2020 with a new item 9a. "The heads of the main units shall establish an organization and ensure the maintenance of the activity of the units, as well as of the management bodies, in compliance with the anti-epidemic measures."
4. I repeal item 12 of Ordinance No 41 / 15^th March, 2020.

I assign control over the execution of the ordinance to the vice-rectors, the deans, the assistant rector, the heads of units, the directors of directorates and the heads of departments.

The order shall be brought to the attention of the responsible officials, the members of the academic staff, the employees of the administration and the students.
