The education is performed by Faculty of Economics, together with Faculty of Law and History.
The educational and scientific training of PhD students in field
of organization and management outside the sphere of material
production has main purpose of building scientists, able to analyze
thoroughly the social phenomena, the management of public
institutions, to evaluate their practical application and to
participate in improving management processes at various levels of
government.
One of the main tasks in the learning process is related to the
practical importance and application of scientific elaborations
that are done by PhD students. Gradually build skills in preparing
PhD students to explore the matter of process management in the
field of public administration requires their thorough knowledge,
correct orientation of the current scientific information and
management theory and practice and an opportunity to make a
comparative analysis with international practices.
Competencies of program graduates:
- ability to identify scientific issues arising from the
development of economic and management theory and practice as a
starting point for research;
- ability to master the scientific style of presentation (written
and spoken) and exposure of their thoughts coherent, logical and
comprehensive;
- ability to describe and communicate their research by
precisely, clearly and concisely formulating their basic tenets and
their possible applications;
- for modifying and creating educational plans and programs in
accordance with the objectives and tasks arising from the specifics
of teaching economic and management disciplines at universities and
social needs of current;
- drawing and reading applications, diagrams and more, with which
to illustrate, interpret and analyze the obtained results in his
study;
- good faith to cite foreign research and observe the rules of
scientific ethics, creative refer to other research
scientists;
- for strict adherence to requirements for creation of scientific
articles, reports, reports, studies and other;
- participating in scientific events to comply strictly with the
accepted exposure time, can export your presentation with modern
audiovisual equipment and emphasizes the relationship of their
research results obtained by other authors (before it or
Interdisciplinary Studies);
- establishing professional contacts with colleagues and
scientists from different countries and interested them with his
research, refer to the interest in international scientific
exchange;

In the curriculum of every student is included a special
methodical and language training, which is realized through
independent interaction and participation in the related topic of
dissertation courses and seminars.
Curricula are approved annually by the Faculty Council.
Each student and the scientific director prepare an individual
training plan, which is discussed in the Department of "Public Law
and Public Management" and the approval decision is taken for
approval by the Faculty Council.
