The education is performed by Faculty of Law and History, Department Civil Law.
Educational and scientific preparation of doctoral students in
the field of Civil and Family Law has a main purpose construction
of scientists capable of in-depth to analyze regulations, to assess
their practical application and to participate in improvement of
the Civil and Family Law relations in regulations.
One of the main tasks in the training process is related to
practical importance and application of scientific developments,
which are carried out by PhD students. Gradually building skills
planners are doctoral students to examine matters of Civil and
Family Law insurance relations requires their thorough knowledge,
proper guidance in the current scientific information and case law,
and the opportunity to perform a comparative analysis with foreign
laws.
PhD students on " Civil and Family Law" are trained in the
traditional forms: regular, part-time and a separate
preparation.
Competencies of program graduates:
- Implemented the methods of scientific research and its
application through the prism of the particular scientific and
practical problem.
- Build competence for a detailed understanding of the
techniques, applied research and advanced academic studies.
- Form skills for handling with the scientific
apparatus.
- Build skills to search, display and analysis of
scientific and practical issues and skills to form informed
judgments on complex issues in the field of Civil and Family Law,
in the absence of complete data, as well as to submit ideas and
conclusions clearly and effectively as well as to specialists, as
well as the residential markets.
- Form skills for the application of a scientific approach
and the use of research tools in the research work.
- Absorb knowledge of methodology in the teaching of legal
disciplines, form special knowledge and skills to work with
different sources of information and acquire high computer and
language skills, oriented to ensuring the privacy of personal
information awareness and facilitate the professional contacts with
scientists from other countries.
- Acquire specialized and digest knowledge for performing
the critical analysis and color synthesis theory of new ideas in
the field of scientific specialization.
- Develop ability in the expansion and modification of the
existing knowledge in the field of Civil and Family Law, as well as
its interactions with other scientific branches in the field of
law.

In the curriculum of every student is included a special
methodical and language training, which is realized through
independent interaction and participation in the related topic of
dissertation courses and seminars.
Curricula are approved annually by the Faculty Council.
Each student and the scientific director prepare an individual
training plan, which is discussed in the Department of "Civil Law"
and the approval decision is taken for approval by the Faculty
Council.
