Annotation
The Master's program in Special Education prepares qualified
special education teachers, able to assume leadership positions in
special education, and conduct pedagogical research in special
education classrooms. The master's program has a high reputation
among the professionals.
The program is designed for teachers who already have experience
in the field and others with relevant experience who are interested
in special education and want to develop or update their
expertise. The program follows an interdisciplinary approach that
combines both theory and practice, with an emphasis on popularizing
and applying results of the best teaching practices.
The graduates are fully prepared to work as: special education
teachers, experts, consultants, organizers of activities for people
with different kinds and levels of disabilities. Their expertise
meets the needs of the families and other specialists who work with
people with special needs. They can become members of
interdisciplinary teams in order to achieve the most appropriate
standard in the field of Special Education.
