In this section incoming Erasmus+ lecturers will find advice on dealing with administrative formalities and any other relevant information concerning their Erasmus+ period at SWU "Neofit Rilski".

Application procedure

Step 1 - Contact the Host University

Contact the faculty coordinator at SWU/contact person for the corresponding interinstitutional bilateral agreement. Discuss your Erasmus+ mobility period, subject areas, topics etc.

Step 2 - Application

Fill in the Teaching program and send a scanned copy of it (signed and stamped by your university) to the following e-mail address: erasmus@swu.bg

Step 3 - Accommodation

If you want to be hosted in the University Center Bachinovo, please fill in the Accommodation form and send it to erasmus@swu.bg
If you prefer to stay in a hotel, please contact the SWU ERASMUS+ Office. We will recommend you nice and cozy hotels in Blagoevgrad.

Step 4 - Confirmation

After completing all the above-mentioned steps, you will receive a message concerning your enrolment.

Practical Information

From the airport to the Central bus station (railway station) in Sofia you will have to change two buses:

1. From the airport to hotel "Pliska":
   • From Terminal 1 - bus 84;
   • From Terminal 2 - bus 284;
2. From hotel "Pliska" to the Central bus station (railway station) - one of the following buses:213, 214, 305, 313.
