All of the bachelor programs cost 3000 Euro per year and master programs cost 3200 Euro per year. People with dual citizenship, one of witch is Bulgarian, pay a half of the full tuition fee for foreign students. The preparatory course in Bulgarian language costs 3000 Euro per year. The Ph.D. programs cost 3500 Euro per year.

The citizens of Republic of Macedonia, Republic of Serbia and Republic of Albania are able to apply under Regulation 103/1993. Regulation 228/1997 is only for citizens of Republic of Macedonia. In this case the candidates apply their documents in the Bulgarian Ministry of education and science. The tuition fee is payable in two times - in the beginning of every semester.
