South West University "Neofit Rilski" has provided an accessible environment to all campuses, classrooms, student chairs, student dormitory, sports facilities in the sports complex, sports fields, running tracks, sports hall, tennis courts and more.

Opportunities that can benefit people with disabilities include:

1. Persons with disabilities and reduced capacity 70 and over 70 per cent are exempt from payment of application fee and the semester fee.
2. Upon acceptance of students with disabilities in dormitory, they pay 30% of the rent and 30% of the deposit.
3. Students with disabilities receive social scholarship in the amount of 90 BGN
4. Have a right to apply for other scholarships.
5. Obtained a single social assistance, according to Art. 9, para. 1 pt. 2 of the Decree № 90/2000
6. Students with permanent disabilities and reduced working capacity from 50% to 69% are reimbursed 10% of the paid semester fee, pursuant to a decision of the Academic Council (Protocol № 14 of 30.01.2013 years)
