The Department provides education in three Bachelor Degree Programmes, five Masters Degree Programmes and four Doctoral Programmes.

Bachelor programmes

• Geography and Regional Policy
• Ecology and environmental protection
• Pedagogy of teaching Geography and History

The duration of the course of education is 4 years (8 semesters) in regular form. The four year course is based on 2400 hours of academic load. The education for the specialties "Geography" and "Ecology and environmental protection" is provided basically by the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. The education for the specialty "Pedagogy of teaching Geography and History" is provided by Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, as well as by the Department of History (Faculty of History and Law) and by the Department of Pedagogy (Faculty of Pedagogy).

After graduation the students can proceed to Master Programme.
